I am interested in having remote hydraulics added to my B7500 for a top and tilt kit. I know I can have one cylinder added for the top link for around $800 dollars, but does anyone know if it is possible to have both cylinders added to complete the kit?

We checked into kits before we decided to build the system ourselves. We added three remote plugs with a cable remote joystick, including top-n-tilt cylinders for $550. The parts are readily available and the fabrication required was simple.

We have used our system for 2 years for grading and landscape work and wouldn't be without it.

See our pics for the set-up. ....

Dear Beagle: Thank you for responding to my question. I was looking at your pictures, and I am not sure I know what a position indicator is. Could you please explain how it works and how it is installed? ....

Since the 7800 does not have position control for the 3-pt, we fabricated an indicator to show the position of the 3-point arms for grading work. The indicator is the black box mounted under the FEL valve in the picture. The slide indicator on the box reads the height (or position ) of the 3-point arms so we can get repetative drags when doing grading work. The idnicator is accurate for repeating your implement height to 1/4".

We installed the indicator last year and really like the way it works. It isn't quite position control, but at least the next best thing. ....
